RETURN & REFUND POLICY

AUREONE sells dietary supplements to customers in the United States. Because these are ingestible products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, including unopened or sealed products. Please do not send any product back unless AUREONE has first given you written instructions.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, INCORRECT, OR MISSING ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or is not delivered, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery (or the estimated delivery date for a missing package). Email support@shopaureone.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label where applicable.

We will review the claim with our fulfillment partner. If approved, AUREONE will provide a replacement or a refund at no cost to you. No return shipment is required unless we specifically instruct you in writing.

REFUND TIMING

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after the claim is approved. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund. We charge no restocking fee.

CANCELLATIONS

You may request cancellation before your order enters fulfillment. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it may no longer be cancelled.
